TOTAL HIPAA needed a single place where all customer-related data could be better tracked for more effective communication and to offer superior service across all areas of the business. Along with cost efficiency, ChannelSight needed a feature-rich solution that would enable it to scale quickly.

Trigya Innovation developed a deep understanding of Tax Compliances Documents, Stored in Zoho CRM, printed and digitally signed through Zoho Sign Templates. Also, Integrated website and Sync. two-way data in Zoho CRM.
Created Commission Modules Modules for each sales rep’s commission. Customize Reports and Dashboards for managing day-to-day leads, and deals.
Besides introducing automation in Sales & Documents managements, Zoho Creator helps Sync. the data between apps.
Zoho One introduced automated workflows and created a centralized location for easy access to data for communication and decision-making.
